DELIVERY POLICY
Price
FREE UK DELIVERY, unless stated.
Delivery
Delivery times are between 8am - 6pm usually within 3/4 Working Days of your order being placed.
We offer order-tracking so you can track your order!
Please allow up to 7 working days for items shipped from our uk warehouse. Where stated some unique items may not be stored in our UK warehouse at the time of ordering and are delivered straight from our manufacturer, certain items are also trailered made, with these items please allow up to 9 business days to arrive. Order tacking is available on these items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your order has been despatched.
With your unique reference number you can track your order once dispatched.
Check product pages for delivery options and 'order by' times. Not every delivery option is available for every product. Whether we can offer Next Day delivery depends on your address and the items you order.
We use DPD and royal Mail and other courier services for delivery. For items from our international warehouses we may use epackets.
Please note that at busy times we may deliver orders up until 8pm. We will do our absolute best to meet our stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed - this is subject to stock and courier availability and demand.
Certain orders may require a signature to acknowledge receipt upon delivery.
The signature of the person accepting delivery at the given address, will be deemed as proof that safe delivery of the order has taken place. In the instance someone at the given delivery address accepts the parcel on your behalf, their signature will be used as proof of safe delivery of the order.
You will be unable to change the delivery information inputted at checkout, once the order has been placed.
We are also unable to add items to your order, once it has been placed. You'll need to place a new order for the additional items
Allowances
Please allow up to 30 days for late deliveries, in line with the UK consumer rights act.

We do absolutely everything we can to make sure your order reaches you on time. We try our very best to be on time – but don't always manage it, there are all sorts of unforeseen problems that can prevent that – including breakdowns, extreme weather and illness. We're sorry if we're late.
Exclusions
Our Republic of Ireland delivery service is available to most, but not all, ROI addresses. However, if you find we do not offer this service to your chosen address it is due to courier restrictions. Please try an alternative address or choose a different delivery service.
RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days days, after the item has been delivered.

We aim to handle your return/exchange/refund as soon as possible. If you have submitted a request within 14 days a refund will be returned into your account within 7 days, once issued.
If the order is cancelled before dispatch, then a refund will be issued within 7 days. You have the right to cancel your order with us for any reason up to the point of dispatch and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
We accept and offer a full refund for damaged or incorrect items up to 14 days.
